TERMS & CONDITIONS – SKARKS

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By accessing and using this website and placing an order, you agree to:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes and to make legitimate enquiries or legally valid purchases.

  • Not place any false, fraudulent, or speculative orders. If we reasonably suspect an order to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

  • Provide accurate and truthful personal information including your name, email address, shipping address, and contact details.

  • Allow us to use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your order when necessary.

If required information is not provided, we may not be able to process your order.


2. CONTRACT

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or message. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation.

The contract between you and Skarks is considered completed once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent.


3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer:

  • A substitute product of similar value (if available), or

  • A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item.


4. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Technical errors

We also reserve the right to remove or modify any product, pricing, or content on the website at any time without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for removing products, modifying content, or refusing to process an order.


5. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframe mentioned at checkout or in the Shipping Confirmation.

Unless exceptional circumstances arise, delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Courier delays

  • Delivery location constraints

Delivery is considered complete when you or a person authorized by you takes physical possession of the goods.


6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure that product prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur.

If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to:

  • Confirm the order at the correct price, or

  • Cancel the order for a full refund.

We are not obligated to provide a product at an incorrect lower price if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as incorrect.

All prices displayed on the website exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Period

Customers may return products within 15 days from the date of delivery (for orders not placed during sale or promotional periods).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be unwashed.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • The product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sale events, clearance sales, or using promotional discount codes may not be eligible for return or refund. This will be mentioned at the time of purchase.


8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

After verification by our team, we will arrange reverse pickup (if applicable). If confirmed, you may receive:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

9. REVERSE PICKUP

Reverse pickup will only be arranged after confirmation from our support team.

Please ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging when returning.

As we rely on third-party courier services, pickup timelines may vary depending on location.


10. INVOICE

An invoice will be provided along with the delivered products or via email.


11. TAXES

All applicable taxes are included or calculated as per prevailing laws and regulations at the time of purchase.


12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Skarks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
