RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Skarks, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or category restrictions. If applicable, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Products purchased during sale events, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return or refund. This will be mentioned at the time of purchase.


4. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • The exchange request must be made within 15 days of delivery.

  • The product must meet all return eligibility conditions.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.


5. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup and offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.


6. RETURN PROCESS

Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team via email.

Reverse pickup will only be arranged after confirmation from our team. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

As we rely on third-party courier partners, pickup timelines may vary depending on your location.


7. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items returned after use, washing, damage, or without tags will not be accepted.

  • Skarks reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Any fraudulent return attempts may result in refusal of service.
